We are confident that you'll love your Life Watch. That’s why we offer a 100-day guarantee.
If your Life Watch is not working properly or arrives damaged, simply contact us at info@the-life-watch.com with a short video showing the issue, and we will send you a free replacement.
Refund Option
If you prefer a refund instead of a replacement, please send us a short video showing the issue.
Once approved, we will issue a full refund minus an 8.5% processing fee.
👉 You do not need to return the watch.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are only issued if:
- The product is defective or not functioning properly
- The product arrives damaged
- The product does not arrive within 45 days
We do not offer refunds based on personal preferences or results.
Accuracy & Performance
If you believe your Life Watch readings are inaccurate, please contact our support team.
We may ask for:
- A photo of your Life Watch readings
- A comparison photo with a medical-grade device
Our team will review and assist with troubleshooting or next steps.

Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
- If the order has not yet been fulfilled, we can cancel it
- A $2.50 cancellation fee will apply
Once fulfillment has started, cancellations are no longer possible.
Incorrect Address & Delivery Issues
We are not responsible for delivery failures due to:
- Incorrect shipping addresses
- Failed delivery attempts
If your order is returned to us:
- Reshipping will require an additional shipping fee
- Refunds will include an 8.5% processing fee
